• A fair approximation of the major areas of my practice and their relative percentages are: Patent Litigation 40%; Patent Prosecution 40%; Others (monetization, due diligence, business development) 20%.
• I believe two facets of my legal experience may reflect positively on this application.  
• First, I have handled a wide array of legal matters from patent prosecution to monetization.  I think [this position] is required to supervise and participate in a wide array of legal matters.
